  67. When you enter actual data in one chart, MacProject II automatically updates the other charts with that information.

Once you have added at least one actual date, you should change to Calculate Using Actual in the Dates menu so that the actual dates are used in schedule calculations. You might occasionally want to change back to Calculate Using Planned to see how the actual project compares with the way you had it planned.
